Lucas Christopher Duda was born on February 3rd, 1986 in Fontana, California. He is an American Baseball player who plays for the New York Mets team and has a good batting average.

Duda initially registered himself at the University Of Southern California (USC) where he practiced baseball for around 2 years from 2005 till 2007. He began his professional career with the Brooklyn Cyclones and the New York–Penn League in the year 2007. He performed well in the very first match of his career with an average of .299. Soon he gathered attention and was selected to play for the Surprise Saguaros in the year 2009. Duda made his debut in MLB on September 3rd, 2010 and till date plays for New York Mets. He has a batting average of .246.
 
Duda’s career suffered a major setback when he had a major stress fracture with a back injury which forced him to leave the team in 2016. Although he returned as a part-time baseman, however, he has still not recovered completely. His fans continue to hope that Lucas Duda recovers soon from his injury and they get to see their first baseman in the 2017 season.
 
Duda is a charming and happy-faced person. He is still believed to be single and is not in any relationship. He once told in an interview about his hobbies which include Bull Durham as his favorite movie and Baseball Tonight as his favorite TV show. He considers Bo Jackson as his biggest sports Hero.
