After finished her graduation degree, She joined Anupam Kher's acting academy. Here, the actress did acting course for a year. Ms. Manisha began her acting journey as a television star with Doordarshan's serial Imtihan. But she did not get that recognition that she deserved. Nevertheless, mrs. Yadav did not lose her patience and do hardwork constantly.
Moreover, the actress appeared in Sony channel's series "CID" and "Shapath" serial which is telecasted on LifeOk channel.
