Mona Shourie Kapoor was one of the family members of a well-known ‘Kapoors’ of the Bollywood. She worked as Chief Executive Officer of the fully furnished, largest ready-to-shoot, indoor shooting studio ‘Future Studios’ in Mumbai. She had blessed with different skills and her career was multi-faceted. She was the director of FCL. She was also into production and worked as the production coordinator for the famous movie Sheesha' which featured Munmun Sen, Mithun Chakraborty, and Mallika Sarabhai. She did the same job for the movie ‘Farishtey’ casting Sridevi, Dharmendra, Vinod Khanna and Rajnikant.
She also handled the manpower for the 'Machine Exports' and 'Business Aids' in which she was one of the partners. She worked as a producer for the Television shows. The famous television shows she produced includes ‘Hera Pheri’ casting Reema Lagoo, Shekhar Suman, and Tanaaz Curim. The show was aired on Star Plus. Her other Television show based on the struggle of independence with a famous star cast like Dara Singh, Hema Malini, Neena Gupta, Javed Khan, Pankaj Dheer, Shahbaz Khan, Mukesh Khanna ‘Yug’ received the positive response from sponsors, media, and the audience.
