Pakhi Tyrewala Complete Bio & Career

Pakhi was born and raised in Delhi.  She completed her studies at the Sardar Patel Vidyhyalaya School. She didn’t opt for higher studies as she was dyslexic. She began her career at an early age as a child artist in theatre plays and serials. She made her silver screen debut as a child artist with the Hindi film titled Dance of the Wind in 1997. 
 
She relocated to Mumbai in the year 2000 and started modelling. She featured in the television commercials of Sunsilk, Ponds, Hero Honda, Organics, Rayban and Vatika among others. She made her full-fledged acting debut with the film called Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai? in 2002. She was last seen in her husband’s film Jhootha Hi Sahi in 2010. Her performance was not well received and thus she decided to quit her acting career. 
 
Besides acting, she served as the casting director of super hit film Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na in 2007. She wrote the script of the film called De Taali. She went to New York and studied filmmaking over there. Upon return, she decided to assist veteran director Nagesh Kukunoor. 
 
Besides showbiz, she serves as a teacher at Ravi Shankar’s Art of Living Foundation.
