Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi is famous with the name Krish. In a very short span of time, he has become one of the most sought-after directors of Telugu film industry. He is often referred as somebody who is an engaging storyteller and a sensible director.
 
He started off by directing Telugu film titled Gamyam in the year 2008. The film was a huge hit and also won various awards. He won the Best Director award for this film. He became an overnight star and this film was remade in various other regional languages as well. After giving such a huge hit the expectations were high for him and he didn’t disappoint the audience at all and gave an even bigger hit in Vedam. The film had Telugu stars like Anushka Shetty and Allu Arjun among others. He won his second Filmfare Award for Best Director – Telugu for this film. This film’s remake was made in Tamil and it was he who directed that film titled Vaanam. Hence he made his Tamil film debut through this.
 
After becoming one of the most sought-after directors after directing just 3 films, he made his Bollywood film debut through Akshay Kumar, Shruti Haasan and Kareena Kapoor starrer film Gabbar is Back in the year 2015. He then earned his first National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu for directing the much acclaimed Telugu film titled Kanche. He is now directing a much-awaited Hindi film titled Manikarnika—The Queen of Jhansi which has Kangna Ranaut playing the lead role.
