Raju Talikote Complete Bio & Career
Raju Talikote was raised in a small village called Chikka Sindagi in the Bijapur district of Karnataka. Due to family's financial condition, he couldn't continue his studies after 4th standard. He then joined theatre groups in his village and started acting. After spending few years with them, he relcoated to Bangalore to try his luck in films. He started off his acting career with the Kannada film titled Manasare in the year 2009. The same year, he featured in yet another film called Pancharangi. He played the role of a marriage broker in this film and his comic timing was appreciated bu the audience.
After that, he has featured in various Kannada films. His performance in blockbuster film Mylari was highly appreciated. Some of his films which needs a special mention are Paramathama, 90, Prem Adda, and Kalla Malla Sulla among many others. He has become one of the most sought after comedian of Kannada films through these films. He was recently seen in Kannada films such as Jai Kesari Nandana. In 2019, he participated in the reality show Bigg Boss Kannada season 7.
In addition acting, he also tried his luck in politics as he contested from Bijapur constituencty in 2013 Karnataka State elections. However, he lost the elections and since then has remained away from politics.
