Ranjini Jose was born on 04-04-1984 in Chennai in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. She is an Indian Playback Singer, Singer & Musician. She has lent her voice in various Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindu language films.

She was born to a producer father and hence was determined to make a career in film industry. She was born in Chennai but flew to Kochi few years later with her family. She began her career at the age of 16 by Malayalam song Theyyam Kattil Thekkan Kaattil in the year 2000. This was just the beginning as post that, she has sang songs in 5 language films. She has sang nearly 500 songs in Hindi and all south Indian language films.
In 2017, she founded the musical band Eka which consist of 5 members. She is the lead cocalist of the band. Some of her noted songs include Karpoora Deepangal, Kathirola, Kilukilu kingini, Mazhapeyyanu, and Sundaranaam among others. In addition to singing, she has also tried her hands at acting. She made her acting debut through Malayalam film Red Chillies in the year 2010. Post that, she worked in a couple of more Malayalam films such as Drona, and Basheerinte Premalekhanam. As of now, she tours continously with her band to perform in various cities of India and abroad.
