Robert Herjavec relocated from Croatia to Canada with his parents at a very young age. At a very young age, he started working so that he could help his family meet their ends. During the same time, he got employed in a technology firm which has just started with their set up. He convinced the owners of the firm to let him work for free. 
 
Banking on that experience that he gained from there, he started his own company which was sold at a huge amount. After retiring from the software business for a while, he founded ‘The Herjavec Group’. His company is presently the fastest growing technology firm in the whole Canada. In addition to managing his company, he is also a renowned television personality and has regularly made appearances on various business channels and pitched about business. 
 
In addition to running his business and appearing on television shows, he has also authored two famous tiles called The Will to Win: Leading, Competing, Succeeding’  and ‘Driven: How to Succeed in Business and Life’. He is also a keen golfer, runner, and car racer. He also participates in famous Ferrari challenge and as a runner has also competed in Miami marathon and New York marathon in 2010 and 2011 respectively. He is also a motorcycle enthusiast and a certified Scuba diver. He is the perfect example of ‘rags to riches’ and is today one of the most recognizable business leaders of the world.
