He is the rhythm guitarist and lead singer of the rock band Cheap Trick.
He learned to play at an early age and was part of a lot of productions at school and college. Earlier Zander declined the invitation join Cheap Tricks but later accepted the second invitation. With this band, Zander has traveled around the world and is known to have one of the great voices in rock music.
He has been a great influence on other artists in the industry. He has been ranked number 23 on the list of “50 Greatest Singers in Rock”.
He has a lot of solo projects to add to his credit as well. on March 4, 1983 “An Evening with Robin Zander’s” was released. It was well received. The show consisted of orchestra and choir and with Zander singing a lot English songs and songs from his band Cheap Tricks.
