Saloni Daini who is renowned for his fictitious character Gangubia is a child actor, stand-up comedian and television presenter who hails from the city of Pune. She is one of the youngest star comedians of Indian television.
 
Saloni started her stint with the camera from a young age of three. She made her appearance in Hindi and Marathi films and Marathi television serials. She has also made a music album for the famous television network Disney. She has mimicked various film stars and politicians in her comic acts.
 
Saloni rose to fame after her stint with the comedy reality show called "Chhote Miyan". She was the youngest participant on the show. She emerged winner of her season in 2009. She was just 8 years old then. She won the show with her onscreen partner Rajiv Thakur. After "Chhote Miyan", she appeared as a contestant on yet another comedy reality show called Comedy Circus Mahasangram. She once again partnered with Rajiv Thakur and did some outstanding comic acts. She also appeared in the Bollywood film No Problem in 2010.
 
Her hobbies include skating, traveling, and swimming.
