Santhosh Narayanan Complete Bio & Career

Santhosh began his professional career as a programmer and recording engineer marked the beginning of his career in the music industry. In 2012, a Tamil film named Attakathi gave Santhosh his first break into the Tamil film world where in he composed a song. AadiponaAavani was his second consecutive film as a music composer for a song in the gaana genre.
 
Nadukadalula Kampala was his next successful hit that he had written for the same film as mentioned above. Both these songs were said to have brought back the essence of gaana into the Tamil melodies. Santhosh went on to compose tunes for movies like UyirMozhi and Pizza for which he was awarded later that year as the Jaya TV 2012 award and the Big Tamil Melody Award for Pizza.SoodhuKavvum, a black comedy film was Narayan’s next project for which he had to tune melodies.
 
In the feature,"KaasuPanam" he composed a gaanabala for which he earned a Vijay award for the best background score.
 
Pizza 2:A villa, a sequel to Pizza, and BillaRanga were his other major projects in 2016.The songs made by him in 2016 were listed as South India's top songs of the year.Electronic musical instruments were used by Santhosh to record songs for the movie Jigarthanda, in Sydney. It was a fusion of many geners like gangsta rap, electro etc. He also composed a song for a sport drama titled Irudhi Suttru, which came out in Bollywood as the movie Saalakhadoos.
