Shaan Rahman Complete Bio & Career

Shaan Rahman is a popular Indian singer and music composer, who is known for his work in Malayalam cinema. He collaborated with his friend director and singer Vineeth Srinivasan and released his music album titled ‘Coffee at MG Road‘ in 2008. The album was widely accepted and received huge popularity amongst the audience. He started his career as a music director in Johny Antony directed movie ‘Ee Pattanathil Bhootham’ in 2009. He worked in the directorial debut of his friend Vineeth Srinivasan ‘Malarvaadi Arts Club’ in 2010. He worked with Vineeth as a music director in 2012 movie ‘Thattathin Marayathu’. The film did immensely well and its music received positive feedback from the public.
 
He made his debut in Telugu cinema with 2014 film ‘Saheba Subramanyam ‘(Remake of Thattathin Marayathu). The Metro, Nam Duniya Nam Style, Kutteem Kolum, Ormayundo Ee Mukham, Aadu Oru Bheegara Jeevi Aanu, Adi Kapyare Kootamani, Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho, Jacobinte Swargarajyam are few of his movies. He worked in movies like Take Off, Godha, Puthan Panam, Meeda Meeda Abbayi, Velipadinte Pusthakam, Goodalochana, Aadu 2 in 2017. Chanakya Thantram, Love Action Drama, Aravindante Athidhikal and Oru Adaar Love are his upcoming projects in 2018. His song "Jimikki Kammal" received a nationwide popularity and was released in other languages as well.
 
Apart from music composition, he also sang songs for Deepak Dev in movies like Teja Bhai & Family, I Love Me, and Urumi. He had received South Indian International Movie Award for his music direction for the movie ‘Thattathin Marayathu’.
