Shila Amzah Complete Bio & Career

Shila Amzah is a Malaysian singer, dancer, as well as actress. She is the daughter of the renowned singer of the 1980s, ND Lala, was the prize winner of the second singing season called 'One in a Million' in 2007 and also the winner of 'Asia New Singer,' in which she was selected as the finest female performer in 2008. In 2012, she seemed to be the winner of the inaugural season of the 'Asia New Singer' contest. Shila grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with musicians family. She started making music when she was nine years old and then performed in many music venues in her hometown during her childhood days.
 
At the age of 10, her first released album was  "Terima Kasih Guruku." Since that time, she has won awards, Get started with the popular Berita Harian most loved children's artist in Anugerah Bintang. Shila built her first "recording studio" along with her father when she was merely four years old. Shila singing profession extended to start out from Shanghai, China and after a while winning the "Asian wave" award. She got a six-year record contract with rival media company Shanghai Media Entertainment Group. 
 
 Anugerah Industri Muzik 19th edition she got the After "Best Pop Song Award" and also "Best Song Award" in, she turned out to be a solo singer. After she acclaimed to win the Asian wave and also she was the runner-up of the singer the second season, she was generally known as the Asian Music Sweetheart Princess as well as the Malaysian National Treasure.   In the year 2000, she became the first runner-up of the shows Bintang Kecil RTM as well as the" One In A Million" of Season 2. Shila performed in a duet in "Best of Both Worlds along with "Miley Cyrus, " and she indulged for the promotions of "Hannah Montana" (Malaysia)"Shila named as one of China's top five most famous female artists after "I Am A Singer's second season."  Shila's name began to change when she was called Nurshahila / Shila Tekno. She revealed that she used her stage name since her childhood days when she started performing on stage. In 2004, her name changed to  "Sha-Hila" mainly because her record company "EMI" preferring her name should be short. Later, her name changed by "Shila OIAM," even she was not happy by her new name. She decided to add "Amzah" to her stage name. And finally, she was called by "Shila Amzah" because her father's surname was Amzah. Shila is famous with the name " Xil" in China. 
 
Shila's fan following is not limited to country Malaysia, but she is also having in China as well as in Singapore, Hong Kong, and other Southeast Asian countries too. She at present intends to make her debut in Korea for the reason that she is quite interested in K-Pop. She also reasoned that she is a big fan of ( K-Pop),(K-drama) as well as Korean men's band (EXO). She is also thinking about making performances in other neighbouring countries which include Indonesia and even Australia. For Shila, the Skechers Sunset Festival will measure whether she will host a big concert in Singapore.
