Shiney Ahuja Complete Bio & Career

Shiney Ahuja completed his school level education from Ranchi. While in college he joined National School of Drama and started participating in their workshops. Then to sharpen his acting skills, he joined theatres in the early 1990s. Subsequently, he enrolled at the Barrey John’s acting school. He was tall, fair and well-built and thus it became easy for him to become a successful model. Prior to beginning his acting career, he appeared in several music videos and also walked the ramps for various designers. He also appeared in top brands ads such as Pepsi, Citi bank and Cadbury and thus an acting offer was on its way. 
 
He made his acting debut with Sudhir Mishra’s critically acclaimed film Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi in 2005. For his performance, Shiney won himself Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. After a power packed performance, he got loads of offers and he starred in films such as Karam and Sins. He came to limelight after acting in Mahesh Bhatt’s romantic crime thriller film Gangster in 2006. For his splendid performance, he won himself the Stardust award for Superstar of Tomorrow. 
 
His other noted performance includes in films such as Life in a... Metro, Zindaggi Rocks, Bhool Bhulaiya and Hijack among others. 
 
He was accused of raping his maid and is still facing trial in high court. This led to a downfall in his acting career and has hardly got any significant offer this incident. He was last seen in Anees Bazmee's action comedy film Welcome Back in 2015.
