After completion of his schooling and college both from Mumbai, he did an acting crash course at Barry John Institute in Mumbai. He meanwhile formed his Street Soul Dance Crew called Evolution and got a lot of attention. Shivam Patil finally began his Bollywood career with a fiction show called MTV Rush in the year 2012. After which he appeared in few more shows like MTV Webbed, and Ye Hain Aashiqui. After getting noticed from the small screen, he started getting offers from Bollywood. 

 

He finally made his Bollywood debut through Amit Saxena’s film Nasha in the year 2013. He played the lead role in the film and was cast opposite Poonam Pandey in this film.The film made with a meager budget did reasonably well at the box-office and his performance was rated highly. Still, it took him 3 years to get another role and he gave yet another power-packed performance in Ghayal Once Again in 2016. He will be next seen in Kaalakaandi alongside Saif Ali Khan in the year 2018.
