Shruti Sodhi did her schooling from Delhi Public School (Noida). She graduated in (Philosophy) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women (N-Delhi). Her forefathers belonged to the Dhanbad (Jharkhand).In her career; she began her journey as an anchor for the news channel such as "NewsX and Zee News. Later on, she switched from the job of the anchor to started working as a voice-over artist for the dubbing projects. But in 2014 she made her debut from the Pollywood film “Happy Go Lucky” along with the star cast of the film Gurpreet Ghuggi, Amrinder Gill and Harish Verma. After this film, she impressed the Pollywood producers with her natural acting skills and her audience liked her character Jass. In the same following year, she had another Pollywood film "Dil Vil Pyaar Vyaar' in this film she had the same name "Jas" as of her debuted film. But he attained the fame after her role of Jasmeet in the most successful and hit 2014 releasing film Mr & Mrs 420.
In 2015, she made debutant from the Telugu movie "Pataas" in which she played the lead role. She not only impressed the Pollywood audience but also amazed the Tollywood audience from her very first Telugu film. In a few years, she earned the stardom and became the popular face of Pollywood as well as for the Tollywood cinema. In the subsequent time, she received the offers of other Tollywood films such as "Supreme and Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu.In 2017 she appeared in the "Mandarin" language movie "Buddies in India."
