Pithani got training in acting from Sri Chaitanya Junior Kalasala. He got his graduation degree from the International College of design, Ahmedabad. He was made his debut as an actor with the movie ''Chiru Godavalu'' He has directed some Telugu films. He was a friend and roommate of famous actor ‘’Sushant Singh Rajput’’ who died by Suicide. The news of his suicide was first given by him to his sister when he found that Sushant had locked himself in the room.
A day before, Sushant’s father filed FIR against Rhea Chakraborty who was his girlfriend. There was a statement given by Pithani in which he also made allegations against Rhea. But later on, it was claimed by Rhea that he was pressurized by the Sushant’s family to give that statement and made allegations against her. Now, Bihar police are investigating the case.
