Sreejita De is a known as a television actor and has also made her presence in few bollywood movies. Bascially from a Bengali family and completed her schooling from St Xavier’s School and bachelor’s degree in Mass Media from Ruia College. She would have taken her career has a journalist if she has not entered into acting.
 
Though Sreejita liked acting she never worked hard or took effort to pursue. In 2011 there was an audition for a role in “Kasautii Zindagii Kay” for which one of her close friend asked give a try and she got selected in the audition through which she entered into acting. 
 
After that she got many offer in couple of other serials like “Miley Jab Hum Tum”, “Ladies Special”, “Piya Rangrezz”, “Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai” etc. She has got good roles to play in more than 7+ serials in different channels like Star Plus, Star One, Sony TV, Colors TV, Zee TV, Life OK, ANTV and & TV. Another famous serial known as “Nazar” which is running since 2018 in which Sreejita plays a role called Dilruba in StarPlus.
 
She also got chance in bollywood movies, Luv Ka The End (2011) and Monsoon Shootout (2017) and played a small role with Akshay Kumar in the movie “Tashan”. She is also a trained Kathak dancer and loves dancing. Apart from acting things she likes to do are, dressing up and make up be it for any reason. Sreejita is crazy about branded clothes and bags and land up being a shopolic when it comes to these two things. 
 
Sreejita was also nominated for two awards as a “Most Janbaaz Personality” and “Best Debutant (Female)” for the golden petal awards in 2012, however did not win the award.
