Tucker Swanson McNear Carlson is popularly known as Tucker Carlson. Born on 16 May 1969, He is an author, political commentator, and columnist. He has done his education from Trinity College. He also wrote for the magazine titled, The weekly standard. He also hosts television talk shows. He worked as the editor in chief for the website named, The Daily Caller. He was a proponent of libertarian economic policy. He has written 2 books also titled, Politician Partisans and Parasites: Adventures in cable news in 2003 and ship of fools in 2018. He made efforts to join the Central intelligence agency but couldn’t. Consequently, he decided to opt for journalism. He began his career with the journal named, Policy review as a fact-checker. He later on, in 1994, joined the weekly standard news Magazine.
 
Carlson in 2000 also hosted the show named, The Spin room on CNN. Crossfire, another show also appointed him as a host along with Robert Novak. Carlson was involved in a controversy with Jon Stewart. Not liking Carlson’s attitude, CNN ended ties with Carlson. Carlson also hosted the show named, Tucker on MSNBC. But due to low ratings, Tucker got canceled in no time. One of the contestants of the show named, Dancing with the stars was Carlson. His partner on the show was, Elena Grinenko. He also opts for Ballroom dance classes for the competition. In 2009, Fox news channel hired Carlson. The show, Tucker Carlson tonight replaced the show named, on the record. The show was regarded as the most-watched show. The ratings were high. The show had 4 million viewers.
