Vennela Kishore Complete Bio & Career

Vennela Kishore’s actual name is Bokkala Kishore Kumar. He got the moniker ‘Vennela’ after his performance in his debut Telugu film Vennela in the year 2005. Even though his performance was hailed by both critics and audience, he had to wait for another 4 years to return to onscreen. After making a comeback, he never looked back and won a Nandi Award for his performance in the film Inkosaari in 2010. His comic timing in the film Dookudu was well received. Some of his performance which needs a special mention are Pilla Zamindar, Aagadu, Pandaga Chesko, and Bale Bale Magadivoy among others. In 2017, he made his Tamil film debut through the film titled Yaar Ivan. He was recently seen in Telugu films such as Disco Raja, and Jaanu. He will be next seen in Mohan Krishna’s action film V.
 
In addition to acting, he has also tried his hands at direction and made his directorial debut through the film titled Vennela 1½. In 2013, he directed yet another film Jaffa which couldn’t do well at the box-office.
