Vinod Kapri Complete Bio & Career
Vinod Kapri took birth in a mediocre family in Secunderabad, the village of Andra Pradesh, and originated from Kumaoni Community. He got his initial education from Kendriya Vidyalaya in Andra Pradesh. After that, due to his father's job in the army, he has to change his school many times. Thus, the television personality attended schools in Udhampur, Siliguri, Jammu & Kashmir, West Bengal, and Bareilly. Vinod has a good interest in writing stories. When Kapri was in 9th standard, he wrote his first short story. At the age of 16 years, his first short story was published in 1987 in the Amar Ujala Newspaper. With the running time, his articles were liked and he started publishing in other newspapers such as Dainik Hindustan, Dainik Jagran, Dainik Aaj, and so on. When he was just 19 years old, the famous personality launched his "Indian Econo Patrika" monthly magazine.
In 1992, Vinod professionally initiated his career with the Hindi newspaper Jansandesh at the age of 20 years but quit the job after a few months. In the same year, he started work in Dainik Jagran as an intern. The filmmaker spent four months here and due to his passion for his work, he was signed by the popular newspaper "Amar Ujala" as their official reporter. Later on, he was promoted to the position of Sub-editor. After that, he worked with the Zee News news channel. In 1996, Mr. Kapri became a political reporter and took the headache of Uttar Pradesh Bureau Chief. Additionally, the writer served himself as an anchor foZee India TV. He also did many documentaries like Mahakumbh of Allahabad, Doms of Benares, Homosexuals, Dalai Lama, and so on.
Furthermore, Mr. Vinod also tried his luck in making movies. He made his debut movie in 2014 with the film "Can't Take This Shit Anymore". The movie was a super hit and he got a Filmfare award for his work. Along with this, the director made other movies such as "Miss Tanakpur Haazir Ho" (2015), "Pihu" (2018), and "1232 KMS" (2021). Now, he is working on his future projects.
