Akanksha Puri was born on 28 August 1988 in Bhopal. She is an Indian model and actress by profession. She primarily works in Bollywood, Malayalam, and Tamil industry. She has completed her education from a Convent school situated in Bhopal. She made her debut in 2015 with the movie named, Calendar Girls by Madhur Bhandarkar. She was also featured in Vighnaharta Ganesha as Mata Adiparashakti.
 
She also did modeling. In 2013 she did a film named, Alex Pandian. She played the role of Mukundan In a movie named Tihar. She was seen as Annie in the movie, Praise the Lord. In 2015 her movie, Lodde came which was a Kannada movie. She also did a Malayalam movie in 2015 named, Samrajyam II: son of Alexander. She played the role of Saira in the movie. She did a cameo in the movie, Amar Akbar Anthony in Malayalam Industry. In 2019, she came as Kiara in the movie named, Action. Besides this she also did television. She came to CID in 2013. She was also seen on Bigg Boss 13 in 2019 as a panelist. She did numerous music videos. In 2017, she did an album titled, Jahaan Tum ho with Shrey Singhal. She did another song with Jyotica Tangri and Aditya Seal titled, Dancing Doll.
