Asees Kaur is an Indian playback singer & Musician from Haryana Panipat. She belongs to a Sikh family. Asees's father pushed her for singing Gurbani. She started singing at a very early age of 5. She learned the Gurbani by herself & won accolades. She completed her M.Com. from SD (PG) College Panipat. She trained under Ustad Puran Shahkoti from Jalandhar. She started singing Gurbani at various events. The young girl was invited by Music composer Salim merchant for auditions when she was in college. Asees participated in a Punjabi reality show, Awaz Punjab Di afterwards she relocated to Mumbai for participation in Indian Idol.
She is an Indian singer who has participated in various singing reality shows like Indian Idol and Awaz Punjab Di. The singer came into the spotlight with the song “Bolna” by Kapoor and Sons. She has also sung a melodious song “Ban Gaye" from the movie Khuda Hafeez with Vishal Mishra.
His father aspired to become a playback singer at a very young age. Her Bollywood debut with "Dildara Reprise" from Tamanchey was a big hit. She has worked very hard with various music composers. She is well known and appreciated for the Bollywood song "Ve Maahi" from Kesari, "Makhna" from Drive, "Bandeya Re Bandeya" & "Tere Bin" from Simbaa, "Akhh Lad Jave" and "Chogada" from Loveyatri, and many more.
Asees received an abundance of love from the song "Ve Maahi" which was so much trending. She performed "Bolna" at the GIMA 2016 Fanpark. Her various singles "Gal Karke" with Desi Music Factory, "Kisi Aur Naal" with VYRL Originals, and "Mujhe Jeene Do" were instant hits and top songs.
