Chirag Suri Complete Bio & Career

Chirag Suri started playing cricket at the age of six after his family relocated to Dubai from Delhi and he joined a cricket academy there. He kept scoring runs at will from the junior level and was included in the UAE Under-19 team while he was just 15 years of age.
 
He was asked to open in under-19 team and in a tri-series with Pakistan and England; he was UAE’s highest run-getter with 270.  His heroics at the Under-19 level earned him an inclusion in the national squad and was a part of the senior team that was to play 2015 World Cup down under. His teammates call him Virat Kohli of UAE cricket.
 
He was on the bidding list of IPL auctions 2017 and was picked up by the IPL franchise Gujarat Lions at his base price of INR 10 lakhs.
