Erna Solberg Complete Bio & Career
Erna was a leader right from the school days. She was a part of the School Student Union and later in her college days she was the leader of the Student’s League of the Conservative party. She began her political career in the year 1979 when she was elected as the deputy member of Bergen council. She served as the member of the city council from 1979-1983 and again from 1987-1989. She was elected as a parliamentarian in 1989 from Hordaland and time and again has been re-elected to the parliament.
Erna soon gained recognition for her work and headed the Conservation women association from 1994. She was later identified as a potential member and handled the portfolio of regional development minister. She was an elected member of the Conservative Party and was nominated as a Prime Minister Candidate by her party. She won the general elections in the year 2013 and was appointed as the Prime Minister of Norway. She is the second women candidate to hold the dignified position. She currently serves as the Prime Minister and is a very popular leader among the people especially women.

Erna married Sindre Finnes in the year 1996. Finness is a businessman but was also a political leader in the Conservative party. The couple has two children from their marriage and they together reside in Bergen.
