Mammootty is a well- known Indian Actor and Producer who was born as Muhammad Kutty Ismail Paniparambil on 7th September 1951 in Chandiroor, Travancore-Cochin (presently called Kerala), India. He is famous for his work in the Malayalam cinema, wherein, he has appeared as an actor in more than 350 films.

Mammootty Complete Bio & Career

Mammootty took education from high school to Maharaja College, Kochi, and then studied law in Ernakulam Government Law College. He advocated for two years in ManjeriAlso practised. He married Sulphate in 1980 and had a daughter, Anur and a son, Dulkar Salman. Mammootty first appeared on the screen in the Egangal Palichalkal directed by S. Sethumadhavan in 1971. But the role of Mammootty was insignificant. In 1982, K.G. In the year 1982, George directed detective thriller Yavanika was the beginning of a new trend, in which Mammootty played the character of a cop who is very robust. 
 
In 1981, he won the (first state award) under the category of "Best Supporting Actor" for his outstanding acting in (non-violence).1982 to 1984 period Mammootty had established himself in the list of top heroes of the Malayalam film industry. Padmarajan 's Koodavide and Joshi 's night were hugely successful at the box office window. Alukutathil Thaneye and Adiyozhukkul, whose script M.T. Vasudevan Nair wrote.
 
During the period (1982 to 1986), Mammootty had acted in 150+ films as the main lead hero all just happened in just five years. In 1987, Mammootty returned, and his two films got released such as Thaniyavarthanam and also "New Delhi". But New Delhi became an influential film of his life as an actor. This film (New Delhi) based on the Irving Wallace written novel (The Almighty).  Oru CBI Diary Kurippu-1988 was the commercial hit film and highest earner in the history of Malayalam film industry. This film made the record at the box office in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
 
Mammootty reached the top of his career through the film "Oru Vadakkan Veeragatha film". T. Hariharan wrote this film. He won the "National Film Award" under the category of "Best Actor" for his unique role in Chekavar (Armed Warrior) but the circumstances depicted by the conditions. Mammootty got strong encouragement for the main lead in the film. Mammootty Bharathan directed by Amaram for the Filmfare awards won. Mammootty won his career "third " (National Film Award) for the "Best Actor" for the film "Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar". This film was based on Ambedkar sahib's life and  Jabbar Patel directed this film. This film was sponsored by the Ministry of Social Justice and the National Film Development Authority of India. 
 
In 2008, Mammootty's Annan Tambi got released in the whole state " seventy-five centers" and even though completed successful fifty days in approximately sixty-one centers of the state. It was considered to be the biggest hit of Malayalam films, and it broke the record of Rajmanikyam. Mammootty has acted in some non- Malayalam films like Telugu, Tamil,  English and Hindi movies. In the year 1989. From the Maunam Sammath, directed by Madhu, he started acting in Tamil films. He has worked with almost all the top directors of Tamil film industry such as "Mani Ratnam" and the "Balchandar"(Azhaggan) and also (Dalpati). He performed with Tamil superstar Rajinikanth in various Tamil films and that made him popular among Tamil audiences.
