Mehreen began her modelling career when she was just 8 years old. She featured in commercials with some popular brands like ‘Lux’, ‘Pantene’, ‘Head & Shoulders’, ‘Telenor’ etc. Right from childhood, she aspired to be in the glamour industry and it was known that she would create a niche for herself soon. She is the daughter of famous Pakistani Actress Simi Raheel.
 
In the year 2007, Mehreen got her first breakthrough in TV with serials like ‘AjnabeeRastay’, ‘Gardish’, ‘3 Bata 3’. Soon her work was recognized and she got offers in different TV serials. There were several offers to cast as the lead actress in most of the TV series. Till date, she has starred in several shows like ‘kothi No. 156’, ‘Kabhi Aye Na Judai’, ‘Dastan’, ‘Dil E Dangal’, ‘Tum, Mere Kya Ho’ etc. She has appeared in more than 20 Tv shows till date. She has also made her appearance in several chat shows such as ‘Morning with Hum’, ‘Good Morning Pakistan’ etc. She was also a part of the reality show Kurkure off Season 2. 
 
Mehreen is extremely talented and manages her company R-vision along with her work. She is also into humanitarian activities like raising fund for educating children in Thailand, fundraising for tsunami victims etc. She is married and has a kid. She has achieved a lot at a young age.
