Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was born on 13th February 1835 in Qadian, Lahore, Punjab (British India). He is a Religious Leader and is considered to be a Messiah.

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Complete Bio & Career

Mirza from his childhood was well versed in Quran. He began his career as a clerk upon the advice of his father. However, he soon returned to his native and started looking at the estate affairs. It was during this time that he devoted a lot of time in prayers and reading religious books. He soon entered into debate with Christian groups and tried to propagate the existence of Islam. To prove the existence of Islam, he traveled to Hoshiarpur and spent 40 days in praying. He then claimed that he had the blessings of God.
 
In the year 1889, he became the founder of the Ahmadiyya community. He claimed that he was a Mahdi or Messiah of the Islamic religion and he was truly the successor of Prophet Muhammad. He was often praised by a notable scholar for protecting the Islam religion. He traveled extensively and even invited scholars and religious guru’s to participate in the debate against the death of Jesus Christ. He also went to Jama Masjid for a debate, however, it could not be completed due to unrest among the crowd.

He breathed his last in the year 1908. His physician stated that his body had become weak due to continuous dysentery. He was finally buried in Qadian as was earlier forecasted by him.
