Navdeep Singh Complete Bio & Career
Navdeep Singh was born and raised in New Delhi. Since his father was an army officer, he migrated at various places during his childhood. He was always interested in film making and hence after his studies, he relocated to California and studied thefilm-making at the Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, California. After that, he was in the US for 8 years and directed commercials and music videos for UGround and Cognito in LA. After spending 8 years in the US, he relocated to London and directed videos for production company Great Guns in London. After spending 2 years in the London, he came back to India in 2001 and started directing commercials.
After directing some award winning commercials, he made his directorial debut with Bollywood film Manorama Six Feet Under in the year 2007. The movie recieved praise from all over and is still regarded as one of the finest crime drima (noir film) of Bollywood. He next came with another noir film NH10 in the year 2015. The movie was a commercial success and he was lauded for the storyline that his film had. In 2019, his third venture Laal Kaptaan. The movie failed to make any impact at the box-office but his efforts were hailed.
