Prabhleen initiated his work as an actress in the Punjabi film industry. She completed an initial study from St.Joseph's Convent School at Ferozepur, Punjab, India, and jumped to Dev Samaj College for Women, Chandigarh for higher education. She wanted to become an actress from her childhood therefore he took part in school as well as college modeling, play and theatre activities.

Additionally, her family supported her to fulfill her dream to become an actress. So, she gave many auditions for films and serials and was finally selected for the Punjabi film "Yaaran Naal Baharan" directed by famous director Mr. Manmohan Singh. The actress debuted her professional career with this movie in 2004 where she was seen in the character of Harman's classmate. This movie was a super hit and the actress won an award for her role in this film.

Apart from this, she also worked in many Hindi and Punjabi movies. Her popular movies are "Ek Kind Ek Jaan"(2006) as Guddi, "Mehndi Wale Hath" (2006) as Raavi, "Not a Love Story" (2011) as Anju, "Ishk Grarri" (2013) as a lover of Sharry Maan (renowned Punjabi Actor, Singer) and so forth.

Furthermore, she also appeared in Sphere Origin's television series "Mohd Rand De" as Kranti which was telecasted on Colour's TV channel from 21 July 2008 to 6 March 2009. Also, worked in Zee's "Aapki Antara" a new serial as Vidhya. In this show, she played the role of a middle-class lady.
