- Being from a family with army background it was never easy for him to join TV industry since there was a lot of opposition on his home front. He had also applied for Army job but his form was rejected and just after this he decided to make his career in acting.
- In an interview, Rajeev said that he is an Atheist, he does not believe in the existence of God.
