Randal Howard Paul was born on 7 January 1963. He is a politician and physician from America. He completed his studies from Baylor University and Duke University. In 1993, he acquired his medical license by the state. John Downing provided him his first job. Later on, he served at the graves gilbert clinic. Downing has always praised his medical excellence. He has also helped the patients who tested positive for COVID-19. His specializations include cataract and glaucoma surgeries. The American Board of Ophthalmology boards was passed by him in 1995.
 
He headed the young conservatives of Texas. A taxpayer union named, North Carolina was founded by him in 1991. In 2014, he joined the group named freedom works. Besides involving in medical and political careers, he also wrote several books. His book named, The Tea Party Goes on to Washington was published in 2011. Paul came to the post of the U.S senate in 2011. The matters handled by Paul were health, education, labor, and pensions. He proposed to cut expenditure of $ 500 Billion. He initiated several proposals in order to balance the budget. He supported the cut, cap, and balance act.
