Sahil Sangha was born in an affluent family in Mumbai. He began his Bollywood career by assisting Nikkhil Advani in his film Salaam-E-Ishq. Later, he started his own production company named Born Free Entertainment along with actor Zayed Khan. The first movie produced under this banner was Love Breakup Zindagi in the year 2011. The movie failed at the box-office and Zayed Khan parted ways with the company. After that, he and his ex-wife Dia Mirza took charge of the company and produced yet another Bollywood film titled Bobby Jasoos. This film too was a disaster at the box-office.
