Sonya Deville Complete Bio & Career
She completed her education from Seneca High School in Tabernacle, New Jersey. During her school, she started practicing and competing in mixed martial arts. In June 2015, she was one of the thirteen finalists of the WWE competition “Tough Enough”.
She signed a contract with WWE in October 2015 and was assigned to NXT to start her training. She made her in-ring debut on December 3 against Nia Jax Jeurin a live match but she lost. Her first televised debut under her real name was in a 6-women tag team match along with Mandy Rose, and Alexa Bliss against Carmella, Liv Morgan, and Nikki Cross. Her team defeated the opposite team in this match.
In December, she played in her first singles match against Billie Kay but got defeated due to distraction by Paton Royce. In 2017, She returned as one of the contenders for Asuka's NXT Women's Championship but got eliminated by Billie Kay and Payton Royce. On December 6, she won no holds barred match.
In the November 20, 2017, episode of Raw, she joined Mandy Rose and Paige against Sasha Banks, Bayley, Mickie James, and Alexa Bliss. In 2018, she entered at number 10 in women royal rumble match and got eliminated by Michelle McCool.
In 2019, she competed for her second royal rumble match where she entered at 25 and again got eliminated by Bliss. In 2020, she competed for the Elimination Chamber match for the inaugural WWE Women's Tag Team Championship.
