She was born on 13 August 1987, in Kolkata. Srabanti Chatterjee is very prominent as well as brilliant Bengali film actress. She is a Bengali actress who appeared as an established actress in Indian films as well as in various Bengali films. She is proven herself as one of the top actresses of Bengali cinema. Srabanti Chatterjee made her first appearance in the Bengali film Mayar Badhon in 1997. She has played many Bengali films, and even though almost all of her films are super hits. She is also acted in some TV films from ETV Bangla. Her first considerable role was the 2003 super hit Movie Champion. After taken the break of 5 years from cinema, Srabanti acted in the 2008 film Bhalobasha Bhalobasha. 
 
 In the year 2013, she performed at Goynar Baksho in Aparna Sen. Srabanti Chatterjee married to film director Rajib Biswas in the year 2003. They have a boy named Abhimanyu Chatterjee. But the relationship between the couple is now over, and therefore Sribanti sent a legal notice to Biswas asking for a divorce. After a year of courtship, Sribanti married again to Krishan Vraj in July 2016, a model as well as a photographer. But unfortunately, it was also ended up on divorce by the end of 2017.
