Sumir Karayi Complete Bio & Career

Sumir moved to the UK when he was just 14 years old. He did his initial schooling in Mussoorie. However, he completed schooling in Kent and joined the Warwick University to complete his Engineering. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Information Technology. He soon took up a job in a firm. However, he switched his job frequently and worked with reputed firms like Reuters, BBC, and Lombard before joining Microsoft as a Technical Expert. It was while working in Microsoft that he formulated the idea of starting up 1E. He along with his two co-workers secretly worked in his flat for their new startup company named 1E.
 
In the year 1999, Sumir first came up with the product named as NightWatchman Enterprise. The sole objective of this product was to manage the safety of the computers while it is still in running state. It became a high selling product and was also awarded the product of the year. Sumir was mostly concerned about safety and energy emission and his product helped to cut down energy cost to a great extent.
 
Today 1E is a renowned company across the globe and has its head office in major cities like London and New York. 1E is one of the leading private companies and has made it to the 100 top most private companies. It has also received several awards and accolades for its business solutions.
