Tridha Choudhary, an Indian actress/model was born and grew up in Kolkata into a Hindu family. She did her schooling at M.P. Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School in Kolkata. Later on, she attended Scottish Church College situated in Kolkata & completed her Graduation in Microbiology. At the age of 21, she participated in a beauty pageant Clean & Clear Times of India Freshface 2011 and became the winner of the title.
She made her acting debut in Srijit Mukherji's Bengali film 'Mishawr Rawhoshyo' in 2013 as Rini opposite Prosenjit Chatterjee, Aryann Bhowmik, Indraneil Sengupta, and others. In 2014, she was seen in the Bengali films Jodi Love Dile Na Prane, and Khaad. In 2015, she made her debut in Telugu cinema with Karthik Gattamneni's film Surya vs Surya opposite Nikhil Siddharth, and got her first commercial success. Next, she was seen in the Telugu films Manasuku Nachindi, 7, and Anukunnadi Okati Ayinadi Okati.
In 2016, she made her small screen debut with the Hindi television series titled 'Dahleez' opposite Harshad Arora. In the same year, she appeared in a Bengali film 'Khawto' opposite Prosenjit Chatterjee, Paoli Dam, Raima Sen, and others. In 2017, she appeared in the Hinsi web series 'Spotlight' as Sana Sanyal opposite Sid Makkar, Arif Zakaria & others. Next, she appeared in several Hindi web series, including Shei Je Holud Pakhi as Vaidehi, Aashram as Babita, and Bandish Bandits as Sandhya. Later, she was seen in all seasons of Aashram web series.
In 2019, she appeared in Yasser Desai's music video Aur Kuch Baki opposite Vin Rana. In 2020, she appeared in singer Anweshaa's Hindi music video titled 'Aaradhana'. Next, she appeared in several music videos such as Pawan Singh's Babuni Tere Rang Mein, Afsana Khan's Dhokebaaz, Asees Kaur & Stebin Ben's Tere Mere, and Nakash Aziz's Dhuan Dhuan.
In 2025, she was seen in the Hindi films Dil Dosti Aur Dogs, So Long Valley, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2.
