Vidya Pradeep is a famous South Indian model, actress, and research scientist. She was born in Alappuzha, Kerala. She had mainly worked in Tamil Film Industry and the Kannada Film Industry. Her father worked as an officer in the Indian Army. She completed her Master’s degree in Biotechnology. She then pursued her Ph.D. in Stem Cell Biology and start working at an eye hospital in Chennai.
She practices Bharathanaatiyam during her childhood. She started modeling and did part-time television advertisements at a young age. She also appeared in A.R. Rahman’s music video Aa Bhi Jaa. In 2010, the actress made her Tamil debut in the movie “Aval Per Thamizharasi” with Jai. She also performed in the movie “Virunthali” with a lead role.
In 2014, then she made her debut by acting in Tamil Film Saivam directed by A.L.Vijay.She also played a role in the Tamil movie “Adhibar” and Jeevan. In 2015, The lady played a supporting role in Pasanga 2 . She utilizes her opportunities and made her Kannada movie debut in 2017 in the movie “Bangara s/o Bangarada Manushya”.
