Aanchal was born and brought up in Delhi. She did her schooling at The Air Force School, New Delhi. Then, she took admitted to fashion designing but could not appear in the final examinations. She used to give auditions for various ad agencies during her college days. The actress made her first appearance on Television with a reality MTV Roadiesshow in 2011. She won the show's eighth season and became a famous face of the industry. In 2012, she made her acting debut with Zee Tv's show Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke as Charu. Besides this, she appeared in episodic roles in Saavdhan India and C.I.D. In 2021 shwe also worked in Zee original's web series as Madhurima Mehra"Crash".
