Ammy Gurm Complete Bio & Career
Ammy Gurm's actual name is Amninder Singh. He belongs to a middle class family, born and brought up in small village of ludhiana known as jaspalon. He was fond of reading books from childhood. His father is an ex army officer. His grandfather was a professor in college. He started writing shayaris / statuses from 8th standard.
He once posted a shayari about my school life on his facebook profile. One of his classmates saw that and told his teacher about the same. As he was very shy and introvert type of person it was his teacher who encouraged him to sing it in front of all at farewell. This was the first time, he sung in front of anybody! Then everyone encouraged him to continue it in future, so he chose this line as a step towards his dream. He finally made his debut in 2015 as lyricist when he was still in 12th standard. Everyone was surprised by song because he was too young to be a writer. His first song was titled “Chaddtiyaan Saheliyaan”. After that he continuously released many songs.
Ammy Gurm himself produced and wrote songs for his friend who plays guitar for him. He wrote the lyrics of the song As Guitar Wala which was sung by Sam which Association of GeetBox and G.K. Digital which crossed more than 5 lakh plays and 111k views on YouTube. This song made him quite famous around his village area. However, he was not happy with that achievement because many of them were audio songs, and so didn’t get that much reach. He met many music directors including R Guru., they advised him to try his hands on singing as well. He met big artists Prince Narula, Gurneet Dosanjh , to give them his lyrics for their upcoming songs. He signed for many songs with well known artists which are in process will be out soon at big levels. He did first live at village Ikolahi organized by Karanbir Nagra with Gurneet Dosanjh in 2018. He was trying for study visa for Canada as well as to build his artist carrier. Finally in 2018 got Canada visa, and is currently in Montreal to study computer software techniques. Along with that, he has also continued his carrer from Canada as well. Off late, he was very disappointed because many well known artists have his songs as pending projects. He has recorded some lines at Taran Saini’s studio in 2018, then arranged them and released a promo, to know about people response on his voice in 2020.
His promo song has gone viral on tiktok and crossed 400+ likes and still growing. He has also received many messages to release the full version. He is currently busy working on its full version. Soon it will release officially on all platforms. In mid may 2020, his other song ‘Confession’ written/composed/produced by himself and sung by ‘Harman’ will be released on all the platforms.
