Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya was born on 6 July 1955 in Gwalior. He is a Politician belonging to Bharatiya Janata Party. He hails from a family of agriculturists. In the government led by Shivraj Singh Chouhan, he worked as the minister of higher education. All matters related to education were dealt with by him. In 1999, he was also recognized as a member of the Lok Sabha. He defeated his opponent named, Pradhuman Singh Tomar in the 2013 elections of Madhya Pradesh.

 

Unfortunately, he couldn’t make it in 2018 and lost it to Pradhuman Singh. In 1973, he headed the RSS as its Swayamsewak. He also participated in the Andolan led by Jaiprakash Narayan named, Sampurna Kranti Andolan in 1974. She also served as his city president. He has also remained a member of the student wing of RSS named, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad. In 1983, he became the joint secretary of the Vishva Hindu Parishad from Madhya Pradesh. In 1993, he served the Bajrang Dal as its national secretary. In 1995, he became the president of the Bajrang dal for the second time. He also participated in the Ramjanmabhoomi campaign held in March 2002. He violated government orders and went to Ayodhya. Consequently, he was arrested along with L. K Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi.
