Lakshmi Manchu is an Indian film actress. Besides acting, she is a renowned producer and a television artist. She is widely known in the Telugu film industry. She completed her education from Oklahoma City University. She started her career at the age of 4. She has done 20 films so far in India and the U.S. she also owns a production company named, Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures and it has produced 56 films.

 

She gave her audition and was signed for a movie, Kadal in 2011. She played the role of a poor village woman named, Celina in the film. Las Vegas was her television series debut. She essayed the role of Sarasvati Kumar opposite James Lesure. Apart from this she also did series titled, late heights with my lover, Mystery ER, and desperate housewives. Besides this, she has done commercials too for Chevrolet, Toyota, and AARP. A movie named, Perfect lives, was directed and produced by her. She also acted in the movie. In 2016, she made her theatre debut as Miss Trunchbull which was directed by Taher Ali Baig. She has been awarded two awards and the state Nandi award.
