Mamitha Baiju was born on 22-06-2001 in Kidangoor, Kottayam in the state of Kerala, India. She is an Indian Film Actress who is known for her work in Malayalam & Tamil cinema.

Mamitha Baiju was born and grew up in Kidangoor into a Hindu family. She received her school education from the Mary Mount Public School in Kattachira. Later, she joined N.S.S. Higher Secondary School in Kidangoor and completed her secondary education. Then, she was admitted to the Sacred Heart College in Kochi, and she choose a B.Sc. Psychology. She dropped out her degree of B.Sc. Psychology in-between of 3rd year due to making her career as an actress.
During her college days in 2017, she made her acting debut in the Malayalam film 'Sarvopari Palakkaran' as Raji opposite Anoop Menon, Aparna Balamurali, Anu Sithara & Gayatri Arun. Next, she appeared in Honey Bee, Dakini, Krishnam, Varathan, School Diary, An International Local Story, Vikruthi, and Kilometers and Kilometers. Then, she dropped out of her B.Sc. study in between in the final year to focus on her career in acting.
In 2021, she appeared in the Malayalam films Operation Java as Alphonsa, and Kho Kho as Anju. She got her first commercial success with 'Kho Kho', and she won the best supporting actress award. In the same year, she appeared in a short film titled 'Colour Padam' as Shalini. After that, she was noticed for her role in films such as Super Sharanya, Pranaya Vilasam, and Premalu.
She made her Tamil cinema debut in the director Nikesh RS's film "Rebel" in 2024 as Sara Mary John opposite G. V. Prakash Kumar. In 2025, she signed four Tamil films titled Irandu Vaanam, Dude, Jana Nayagan, and Suriya 46. She was seen in the Tamil film 'Dude' as Kural opposite Pradeep Ranganathan, and the film was released on 17-10-2025. She will be seen opposite actor Thalapathy Vijay in the Tamil film titled 'Jana Nayagan', and the film will be released on 09-01-2026.
