Matthew Shepard Complete Bio & Career
Shepard did his initial study from Crest Hill Elementry School and then joined Dean Morgan High school for Primary education. He attended Natrona High School for higher education but, due to his fathers posting to Saudi Aramco he left the school. He attended the new school Ameican Scholl in Switzerland from where ho got graduated in german and Italian courses.
During his first year of political science degree in Casper College, He got the first position and got selected as a student representative for Wyoming environmental council. Shepard was very kind-hearted and always stood for equality of person. In 1995, during a college trip to morocco, he was raped and beaten. This incident made a great effect on his mental health and he got indulged in drugs. He decided to end up his life and many times got hospitalized after an attempt to suicide.
In October 1996, Aron McKinney and Rusell Henderson approached Shepard. They decided to give him a home ride but in midway, the started to rob him and tortured him after tying him with a wire and left him to die. He was got critically injured and his face was full of blood. The next day, he was discovered by a cyclist passing from there. He was taken to the Levinson memorial hospital by the police. As his condition was very critical he was referred to Poudre valley hospital in Fort Collins But as he got severe injuries and fractures in back and head could not regain his consciousness again. Doctors pronounced him dead after six days of treatment.
