The famous politician, Sanjay is been elected as the member of 16th Lok Sabha in India. Most prominently, he represents the Akola constituency of the state – Maharashtra. Additionally, he is also the member of the active political party named as Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP). Moreover, he was also elected as the member of the parliament in the consecutive 14th as well as 15th Lok Sabha elections for the period between 2004 and 2014. Professionally, he has completed is graduation by holding the degree in Mechanical Engineering – Bachelor’s Degree from the Government college in the year 1981. 
 
Most prominently, he has worked in various departments as an active member during his ruling period in Lok Sabha. The departments include Committee in Information Technology from 2004 to 2007, Committee on Rural Development in the year 2009, Committee on Estimates in 2014, Standing Committee on Railways in the year 2014, the Consultative Committee on Ministry of Agriculture in 2014, and Convenor in the Sub-Committee III on the Estimates. During his rule in Lok Sabha, he had made a strong debate regarding the demands for excess in grants of Railway department. He also tried to seek benefits for the people suffering from the Flood and Drought circumstances in the country at Lok Sabha debate. However, he was the part of a discussion regarding the agrarian condition in the country and opposition to a scrap of Handloom Reservation Act.
