Shefali Jariwala completed her schooling at Jamnabai Narsee School, Mumbai. In 2005, she completed her bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology (IT) from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai.
She was also known as the 'The Kanta Laga Girl" as she got famous by appearing in the music video of Dj Doll's Kanta Laga remix in the year 2002. After that, she appeared in few more music videos such as Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar Remix and Pyaar Humaayn Kis Mod Pe Le Aaya Remix among others. She made her acting debut through Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar starrer film Mujhse Shaadi Karoge in the year 2004. She did a minute role in the film. She also did an item number in the Kannada film Hudugaru in the year 2011.
In addition to the silver screen, she was also associated with the small screen for a long time. She was seen in Boogie Woogie in the year 2008. She also participated in the dance reality show Nach Baliye 5 in the year 2012. In 2019, she participated in Bigg Boss season 13. She was also seen in Alt Balaji's web series Baby Come Naa in the year 2018.
