Jasmine Sandlas is a well-known performer and artist. She dominantly sings Punjabi song. She was encouraged by her mother for singing. She attended MGN Public school in Jalandhar. She completed her degree in Psychology. She started singing from very early age. She participated and won many singing competitions during her school days. She was highly influenced by Punjabi folk singers. She was inspired by West Coast Music when she moved to California with family.
She received great success in the very first song of her, 'Muskan' from the album titled 'The Diamond'. This underground album was written by Lalie Gill. She worked with rapper Bohemia for the album 'Gulabi'. Her vocal power and the hard work put by her helped her to reach to the hearts of young Punjabi audience from all over the world. After 'Gulabi', she received recognition from Punjabi music industry. Her first single ‘Punjab De Javak’ was out in 2015. She started her career in Bollywood with Salman Khan starer movie ‘Kick’. She sang a song ‘Devil-Yaar Naa Miley’ with singer Yo Yo Honey Singh.
Her next projects in Bollywood were Second Hand Husband, One Night Stand (2016 film), Veerappan (2016 film), Fuddu (2016 film), Machine, and Naam Shabana. Her songs “Raat Jashan Di" and "Ishq Da Sutta" were the superhit. Thousand Thoughts and 124 are her collaboration albums. Her compilation albums include D-Unit 2, Singles & Exclusive Track's 2010, Desi Revolution Vol. 1, and Ultimate Desi Hiphop Party.She has also worked in Pollywood. She made debut in Pollywood with movie ‘Zorawar’ with a song "Raat Jashan Di". Later she sang for the movie ‘Jindua’. She worked in women-empowerment based TV series ‘Angels of Rock’ aired on MTV India. For the show, she biked with other 3 artists from Mumbai to the Wagah border through Gujarat, UP, Rajasthan, Punjab and covered the success stories of the inspiring women who worked excellently in various fields on their own. The women featured were the one who did use their voice to discuss and speak on issues requiring urgent attention. Each episode of the show ended with a special song. MTVCoke Studio, TEDx Talks featured her. She has received many prestigious awards including PTC Punjabi Film Awards and Screen Award.
