Abhishek Banerjee was born on 07-11-1987 in Kolkata in the state of West Bengal, India. He is an Indian Politician, Social Worker & the nephew of Mamata Banerjee, West Bengal CM. He belongs to the All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) political party and serving as MP from Diamond Harbour Constituency since 2014.

Abhishek Banerjee was born and raised in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The politician attended M.P. Birla Foundation Higher Secondary school and Nava Nalanda High school at Kolkata. In 2009, He jumped to the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM), New Delhi, and did his degree of M.B.A. & B.B.A. in Human Resource and Marketing. As he had a background in politics, so his aim was clear that he will join politics. Thus, in 2011, he took over the reins of the All Indian Trinamool Youth Congress and became the National president here.
Later on, Mr. Banerjee decided to try his luck in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections on the behalf of the All Indian Trinamool Youth Congress and won his seat against the Communist Party Of India (Marxist) from Diamond Harbor constituency. After winning this position, Abhishek became the Youngest Parlement member who served himself in the welfare of people. He established the M.P. Cup Football tournament where he stimulated youngsters for physical fitness, sports, and staying away from the drug. Due to his good deeds, Mr. Banerjee again won the same seat in 2019 against BJP leader with a margin of 3,20,594 votes. Additionally, the politician established the Banglar Jubo Shakti agency where he helped people who were in need under distress.
Apart from this, he was always in the news because of some controversies. In 2021, he got slapped by a man named Devasish Acharya for hidden reasons and also assaulted by the party workers. Later on, on 18 June 2021, he died anonymously in unknown circumstances.
