Ajay Kumar Mishra is an Indian politician. He is a Member of (BJP),Parliament in the 16th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Kheri constituency of Uttar Pradesh. Moreover He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party political party. He was born in the Lakhimpur Kheri district, India. He is a member of the BJP and a Member of Parliament in the 17th Lok Sabha.He completed his education at Christ Church College and D.A.V College Kanpur. He is Qualified with B.Sc., L.L.B.
He has been an MP for a single term and represents the Kheri constituency. He was appointed as a Member of the Standing Committee on Rural Development.In 2012, he was elected as MLA in the 16th Legislative Assembly from Nighasan. Then he was appointed as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Home Affairs. He has also been Vice Chairman, D.C. Bank Kheri. He was also a Member, Zila Parishad, Kheri. His son is rumored to have his presence in the murder of farmers in Kheri currently. In 2014, He was appointed as Member of Consultative Committee under the Ministry of Skill Development And Entrepreneurship.
He was Member, Committee of Parliament on official language from 2014 to 2018. He was Member, Convenor of 1st sub-committee of Parliament on official language from 2018 to 2019. He also became a Member, Standing Committee on Food, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution in 2019. In 2019, he was re-elected to 17th Lok Sabha (2nd term) and became Member, Committee on Public Accounts.
