He made his List A debut on 27-02-2014 for Vidarbha against Rajastan at Jaipur. In the same year, he made his T20 debut on 31-03-2014 for Vidarbha against Uttar Pradesh at Nagpur. He made his First-class debut on 01-10-2015 for Vidarbha against Odisha at Nagpur. He was bought for INR 10 Lakh in IPL 2016 auction by Mumbai Indians. In IPL 2017, he again bought by Mumbai Indians for INR 10 Lakh.
In IPL 2022, he was bought by Punjab Kings for INR 20 Lakh. In 2023, he made his T20I debut 03-10-2023 for India against Nepal at Hangzhou cricket stadium in China. In 2025, he was bought by Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) for INR 11 Crore.
